2020年12月斯里兰卡Burevi气旋灾害影响的教育设施

该数据集为2020年12月因斯里兰卡Burevi气旋灾害影响的教育设施，使用OpenStreetMap提供的建筑数据和POI与AOI数据，对建筑数据的功能类型进行分类，从中筛选教育设施。以气旋灾害下的风暴范围和洪涝范围作为致灾因子，通过对评估建筑数据在灾前灾后的变化情况，评估得到教育设施受影响情况。基于此可以进一步评估教育设施受影响而带来的经济损失。

This dataset focuses on educational facilities affected by Cyclone Burevi in Sri Lanka during December 2020. Leveraging building data, Point of Interest (POI) and Area of Interest (AOI) datasets provided by OpenStreetMap, we classified the functional types of building data and screened out educational facilities from the categorized dataset. Taking the storm and flood extents associated with the cyclone disaster as hazard-inducing factors, we assessed the impact on these educational facilities by evaluating changes in the building data pre- and post-disaster. Based on this assessment, further evaluation of the economic losses incurred due to the impact on these educational facilities can be conducted.
