Transcriptome of adult rat hepatocytes with different ploidy statuses

To investigate whether rat adult hepatocytes would exhibit different characteristics dependent on their ploidy statuses, we compared the transcriptome profile of 2c, 4c and 8c hepatocytes by mRNA microarray.为探究成年大鼠肝细胞是否会因其倍性状态不同而呈现出各异的生物学特性，本研究采用mRNA微阵列（mRNA microarray）技术，对比分析了2倍体（2c）、4倍体（4c）与8倍体（8c）肝细胞的转录组图谱。
