Harmonised WFS Night time noise indicator for aircraft in the agglomeration

Harmonised WFS service for the night time noise indicator levels which represent the noise indicator for sleep disturbance from aircraft noise present in the agglomeration as defined for Malta according to the requirements of Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise.面向夜间噪声指标等级的协调统一WFS（Web Feature Service）服务，可用于表征马耳他依据《关于环境噪声评估与管理的2002/49/EC号指令》相关要求所划定的集聚区域内，由飞机噪声引发睡眠干扰对应的噪声指标。
