Area Management - Marine Licensing - Areas where approval is needed to deposit marine chemical and marine oil treatment substances

The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Offshore Region) Order 2011 requires that no deposit of marine chemical and marine oil treatment substances is made in an area of the sea of a depth of less than 20 metres, or within one nautical mile of any such area, except with the approval of the Scottish Ministers.《2011年海洋许可（豁免活动）（苏格兰近海区域）令》规定，除非获得苏格兰大臣批准，否则不得在水深不足20米的海域，或该类海域周边1海里范围内投放海洋化学物质及海洋油类处理物质。
