Flooding areas in Hesse: Designation according to the Water Management Act (WHG) §74 and according to WHG §76 (resp. §45 Hessisches Wassergesetz (HWG)).: Flooding areas of flooding with high probability in Hessen (designation according to the Water Budget Act (WHG) §74): Flooding areas with an expected return interval of at least 10 years (equivalent to 10 years of flooding, HQ10). Individual areas also have a different annuality for the floods with a high probability. Part of the data base of the flood risk management plans (HWRMP) in Hessen.黑森州洪水区域：依据《水管理法》（Wasserhaushaltsgesetz, WHG）第74条及第76条（对应《黑森州水法》（Hessisches Wassergesetz, HWG）第45条）划定。其中，依据《水管理法》（WHG）第74条划定的黑森州高概率洪水区域，指重现期至少为10年的洪水区域（等价于10年一遇洪水，HQ10）。部分区域的高概率洪水年发生频次存在差异。本数据集为黑森州洪水风险管理计划（HWRMP）的基础数据库组成部分。
