Reproducibility package for "The silence before the update: reconstructing a decade of cloud incident lifecycles across four providers from the public record

Reconstructed corpus of 4,181 public status-page incidents from four cloudproviders (Google Cloud 1,602, 2013-2026; Cloudflare 1,145, 2014-2026;DigitalOcean 961, 2017-2026; GitHub 473 analyzable of 512 raw, 2018-2026),built from public status pages, public APIs and RSS feeds, and InternetArchive captures. Includes capture-level provenance (251 archive captures forthe Google Cloud corpus), two derived analysis datasets, the completeharvesting and analysis code (including the builders for every figure, theCox model, and the keyword-defined cause-signature families), and eightpublication figures at 300 dpi. The package accompanies a research manuscriptcurrently under journal submission. Data are released under CC BY 4.0 andcode under the MIT License (see LICENSE.txt inside the archive). The deriveddatasets, tables, and figures are exactly regenerable from the corpus fileswith the included scripts.
