该数据集主要为了探究UBE3A参与AR降解调控的临床意义以此验证其潜在的靶向意义。通过对病人来源的癌组织和癌旁组织进行免疫组化染色，统计了UBE3A与AR在病人中的表达情况及两者间的相关性，阐明了UBE3A参与AR降解调控的潜在临床应用价值。数据量44 MB
This dataset is primarily designed to explore the clinical significance of UBE3A's involvement in AR degradation regulation, so as to verify its potential targeted therapeutic implications. Through immunohistochemical staining of patient-derived cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues, we statistically analyzed the expression levels of UBE3A and AR in patients and the correlation between the two, thereby clarifying the potential clinical application value of UBE3A's participation in AR degradation regulation.
