Water sampling with Niskin bottle and CTD sensor were performed from the sea surface to the seafloor along the observation line across the Tsugaru Strait. Water samples were collcted and measured for salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, 18O and chlorophyll a.Attribution of this data : Of the published data, the CTD sensor data belongs to Hokkaido University and the water sample data belongs to JAMSTEC.
