Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Informational perimeters of the Montgauch land use plan

The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes:
— the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code;
— information reported on graphical documents for information purposes.
In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the POS graphic documents.

本数据集所覆盖的土地使用规划（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，简称POS）的信息边界，已按照西班牙国家地理信息中心（Centro Nacional de Información Geográfica，简称CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化处理。此类信息为因合规要求或信息公示目的而增补的地理信息，具体包括：
— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条要求，需附于规划文件后的法定信息；
— 为信息公示目的而绘制于图形文档中的参考信息。
若《土地使用规划》的图形文档中存在04类（城市优先购买权边界）与05类（延迟开发区）相关内容，则本数据集将收录其对应信息。
