资源简介:
This study explores the distribution and dynamics of Bacteriovoracales, a group of obligate predatory bacteria, across agricultural soils subjected to different fertilization regimes. Soil samples were collected from long-term experimental plots treated with mineral fertilizers, compost, and manure. Targeted 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing was performed using Bacteriovoracales-specific primers to assess community shifts over time and treatment types. The findings aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of microbial predator-prey networks and their role in shaping soil microbiomes under varied nutrient inputs.
