Metadata and OTU tables from common bean roots inoculated with PGPB and Rhizoglomus clarum

This dataset contains the sample metadata and Operational Taxonomic Unit (OTU) tables generated from amplicon sequencing of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) root samples. The file includes four sheets: (1) sample metadata with treatment information; (2) bacterial OTU table derived from 16S rRNA gene sequencing (V3/V4 region); (3) fungal OTU table derived from ITS1 sequencing; and (4) arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal OTU table derived from 28S rRNA gene sequencing (D2 region, FLR3/FLR4 primers).
