WDT_FacoTrabex+

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from a prospective, multicenter Latin American study evaluating intraocular pressure (IOP) dynamics using the Water Drinking Test (WDT) before and after combined phacoemulsification and ab interno goniotomy with the TrabEx+ device. The dataset includes 53 eyes from 50 patients diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma and coexisting cataract. Variables include demographic information, baseline and peak IOP measurements during the WDT, calculated IOP fluctuation, number of topical hypotensive medications before and after surgery, and selected intraoperative and early postoperative clinical parameters. All data were collected using standardized protocols across participating centers. The dataset has been fully anonymized, with removal of direct identifiers and temporal variables to minimize re-identification risk. It includes only variables necessary to reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
