WFS service of the urban development plan “In the old district” of the city of Philippsburg, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.菲利普斯堡市‘老城区’城市开发规划的Web要素服务（WFS），以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为数据源，依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准完成了适配转换。
