Transcriptional profiling of the atrioventricular canal from e10.5 mouse hearts comparing wild-type control with Tbx3 GH/N hypomorphic mutant microdissected tissue. The goal was to identify direct and indirect targets of the transcription factor Tbx3, because Tbx3 is expressed in the AVC and hypomorphs develop embryonic AV conduction block at e12.5. 本数据集针对妊娠第10.5天(e10.5)小鼠心脏的房室管(atrioventricular canal,AVC)组织,对比野生型对照与Tbx3 GH/N功能减退型突变体的显微切割组织开展转录谱分析(Transcriptional profiling)。本实验旨在鉴定转录因子Tbx3的直接与间接靶基因,因Tbx3在房室管中表达,且该功能减退突变体在胚胎发育至e12.5天时会出现胚胎性房室传导阻滞。本实验为双分组对照实验,包含野生型对照与Tbx3突变型房室管组织两组样本。每份样本混合自5颗心脏的组织,生物学重复次数为4次。
