The Video Streaming Network KPIs for ORAN Testing dataset was captured on a USRP B210-based ORAN testbed running srsRAN, using a live video stream served by MediaMTX and streamed via FFmpeg. We performed video playback at the UE radio also through FFmpeg, while Wireshark packet captures on both the streaming server (BS) and video client (UE) tracked RTP traffic. Over a 2\u00d72 MIMO link on EARFCN 2750 (2620 MHz DL \/ 2500 MHz UL), we logged the following 13 key metrics at 20 ms intervals on both the BS and UE sides:['phy_mcs', 'mac_dl_cqi', 'mac_dl_ri', 'mac_dl_pmi', 'mac_ul_buffer','mac_n_prb','rsrq','rsrp','rssi','dl_sinr','spectral_efficiency','dl_bler', 'packet_delay']These metrics are defined in the ORAN Alliance\u2019s TIFG end-to-end testing specifications (R003-v06.00) for stationary video streaming.To ensure temporal alignment, BS and UE clocks were synced via NTP; any residual offsets were corrected by applying a moving-average filter (60 ms window, 20 ms step) before merging timestamps. We then filtered out missing or corrupt entries resulting from intermittent collection issues. To emulate realistic interference, a third USRP operated on the same downlink frequency, transmitting OFDM bursts with random power levels; all three devices were repositioned between experiment runs for spatial diversity. The final release comprises 10 experiment files, each containing 120 s of continuous KPI traces, gathered over three days under varying channel and interference conditions.
