a Gastrodia elata is a traditional medicinal herb in China closely associated with both medicine and food.However its cultivation faces severe continuous cropping obstacles significantly affecting the stable production and development of this resource. However according to it cultivation characteristics soil is presumed to be a primary factor contributing to these obstacles.Aims Therefore elucidating the soil microbiota and metabolic mechanisms underlying Tianma continuous cropping obstacles could provide robust support for overcoming these challenges.
