The goal of our RNAsequencing is to find out the effect of naftifine on RNA levels in Rhodotorula _mucilaginosa.We have 3 samples: sample "Rh_ctrl" is a rhodotorula grown on a SDA plate for 3 days.sample "Rh_+naftifine" is a rhodotorula grown on a SDA plates with 0.2mg/L of naftifine for 3 days.sample "Rh_-naftifine" is a rhodotorula grown on a SDA plate for 3 days,after grown on a SDA plates with 0.2mg/L of naftifine for 3 days.we have rawdata and cleandata for all 3 samples.
