WFS INSPIRE BPL Amendment to Building Plan No. 78-04 in the area of the Aalen District Vocational Training Centre with planned extension

WFS service of the urban development plan “Change of development plan No. 78-04 in the area of the district vocational school centre Aalen with planned extension” of the city of Aalen, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.阿伦市《阿伦地区职业学校中心及规划扩建范围内第78-04号发展规划变更》对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务以版本5.0的XPlanung规划数据集为基础，并依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）标准完成数据转换。
