Testing the existence of an unadmixed ancestor from a specific population t generations ago

Data for the article "Testing the existence of an unadmixed ancestor from a specific population t generations ago" by Illanes, Fariello, Spangenberg, Mordecki and Naya (PLOS ONE).

Individual variants were obtained from http://urugenomes.org/lovd/variants

A local ancestry estimation yields our raw data set.

We obtain the hypothesis test statistics from the individuals' local ancestry estimations using the code rcode.R (using software R), which yields the files est_max.csv and est_sum.csv.

The file len_chr.csv has the lengths (in centiMogans) of the 22 human non-sexual chromosomes, which will be needed for the test.

The code jcode.jl (using software Julia) takes de aforementioned .csv files and runs the hypothesis test and all related simulations.

We upload the local ancestry estimations, all .csv files, both rcode.R and jcode.jl, and a license.
