As a typical provincial (municipality directly under the Central Government) area within the key shelter forest project region, this dataset also encompasses statistical data of Chongqing across multiple dimensions including population, industrial and agricultural production, fixed asset investment, infrastructure construction, tourism development, residents' livelihood, commodity prices, local finance, industrial enterprises, transportation, post and telecommunications, cultivated land and grain, education and public health.
