1)发明了木质重组材料连续化浸渍技术。将定向大片纤维束置入连续浸胶 槽中,通过挤压辊线状和点状凸齿,将胶黏剂定向导入,调节浸胶辊间隙,精准 控制浸渍量,生产效率提高 20%,干燥能耗降低 30%,吸水宽度膨胀率和吸水厚 度膨胀率的降低幅度分别为 18.77% 和 26.15 %; 2)研制了木质重组材料连续浸渍装备。通过浸胶槽、浸胶辊、传输装置、 胶槽温度控制装置、pH 值控制装置、固含量控制装置等在线监测,实现了连续 化浸胶; 3)合成了低分子量酚醛树脂。采用分子设计、定向调控、多元复配等方法 合成了低分子量酚醛树脂,其粘度 138mPa.s,固含量 55.20%,游离甲醛 0.13%,游离酚 0.15%,水溶性 11.93 倍;

1) A continuous impregnation technology for wood-based reconstituted materials was invented. Oriented large fiber bundles are loaded into a continuous impregnation tank, and the adhesive is directionally injected through the linear and dot-shaped convex teeth of extrusion rollers. By adjusting the gap between the impregnation rollers to precisely control the impregnation dosage, this technology achieves a 20% increase in production efficiency, a 30% reduction in drying energy consumption, and reductions of 18.77% and 26.15% in the water absorption width expansion rate and water absorption thickness expansion rate, respectively; 2) A continuous impregnation apparatus for wood-based reconstituted materials was developed. Online monitoring of key components including the impregnation tank, impregnation rollers, transmission device, glue tank temperature controller, pH regulator, solid content monitor and other modules enables the realization of continuous impregnation; 3) Low-molecular-weight phenolic resin was synthesized. Using molecular design, directional regulation and multi-component compounding approaches, the as-synthesized low-molecular-weight phenolic resin has a viscosity of 138 mPa·s, a solid content of 55.20%, free formaldehyde content of 0.13%, free phenol content of 0.15%, and water solubility of 11.93 times.
