Additional file 3 of Cisplatin exposure alters tRNA-derived small RNAs but does not affect epimutations in C. elegans

Additional file 3: Table S2. Reads count number for sncRNAs mapping to tRNAs. Readcount for each small RNA mapping to a tRNA was normalized using the size factors from DESeq calculated as part of the tinyRNA pipeline. Counts for individual tRNA types were obtained by summing normalized reads mapping to the 3’ half of each tRNA type.

附加文件3：表S2。比对至转运RNA（transfer RNAs，tRNAs）的小非编码RNA（small non-coding RNAs，sncRNAs）的读段计数。每条比对至转运RNA的小非编码RNA的读段计数，采用tinyRNA分析流程中计算得到的DESeq大小因子进行标准化处理。各类转运RNA的计数结果，通过汇总比对至每类转运RNA的3'端半片段的标准化读段获得。
