The Hungary Chickenpox Cases dataset is a spatio-temporal dataset of weekly reported chickenpox (a childhood disease) case counts across Hungary. It can be utilized as a longitudinal dataset to benchmark the predictive performance of spatio-temporal graph neural network architectures. This dataset consists of a county-level adjacency matrix and a time series of county-reported case counts from 2005 to 2015. Two specific relevant tasks are defined as follows:
1. County-level case count prediction
2. National-level case count prediction
