2012-2016年山东等11省份细小病毒感染情况调查数据

本数据集针对海南、广东、广西、云南、四川、江苏、山东、河南、吉林、甘肃、内蒙古11个省区流行病学调查数据，采集了2012-2016年间在每个省份随机选择3个养猪场/户的猪群采集动物组织、肛拭子及血液样品。样品送至实验室，采用国标方法对采集样品进行病原学检测、血清学检测。数据包括：采样时间、采样地点、采样类型、采样数量、采样方式、病原检测方式、病原检测结果。数据集共11806条数据。

This dataset is based on epidemiological survey data from 11 provinces and autonomous regions, namely Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Jilin, Gansu, and Inner Mongolia. From 2012 to 2016, pig tissue, anal swab, and blood samples were collected from pig herds at 3 randomly selected pig farms or households in each province. All samples were transferred to a laboratory, where etiological and serological tests were conducted in accordance with national standard methods. The dataset includes the following information: sampling time, sampling location, sample type, sampling quantity, sampling method, pathogen detection method, and pathogen detection result. This dataset comprises a total of 11,806 records.
