Morphometric Data

Geometric morphometric data used to analyze shape. <br>Tiff images derived from image stacks resulting from micro-CT scanning of museum specimens of porcupine (Erethizontidae) mandibles. Images are the basis for landmark and semilandmark geometric morphometric quantification of shape.<br>TPS and NTS files created from tiff images using the TPS suite of programs. For more details please see materials and methods section of associated publication.<br>csv file contains metadata associated with each specimen as well as univariate measurements (linear measurements, angles, and categorical traits).
