會計單位於每月終了根據記帳憑證過帳，並核對各明細分類帳與總分類帳相符後，據以編造會計報告。
At the end of each month, an accounting entity posts entries based on accounting vouchers, verifies that all subsidiary ledgers are consistent with the general ledger, and then prepares accounting reports accordingly.
