Chakraborty et al: Local adaptation & temperature*nutrition

These are the raw data and Rmd scripts for the manuscript entitled "Local adaptation changes plastic
responses to combinations of thermal and nutritional stress". This includes data for egg-to-adult viability, egg-to-adult development time, wing size, and femur size for three populations of Drosophila melanogaster. These animals were raised on one of 25 diets and at one of 2 temperatures.
