WMS INSPIRE BPL Rappenäcker Level, Amendment 8

WMS service of the urban development plan “Rappenäcker Ebene, Change 8” of the municipality of Rechberghausen, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.面向雷赫贝格豪森（Rechberghausen）自治市城市发展规划《拉彭阿克尔平原（Rappenäcker Ebene）第8次变更》的Web地图服务（WMS，Web Map Service），该服务以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，并严格遵循欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）规范完成转换。
