The data includes refund frequency tiers for ticket purchasers, where 0 denotes no refund records, 1 represents a low number of refunds, 2 represents a moderate number of refunds, and 3 represents a high number of refunds. The data is updated to the end of the preceding month on a monthly basis, with updates usually completed around the 10th day of each month. This dataset covers railway passengers across China, with a total scale of 800 million individuals.
