Energy refurbishment roadmap

according to the Berlin Energy Transition Act, the districts are obliged to draw up a roadmap for the renovation of all district buildings from a net floor area of more than 250 m². The aim is to achieve a largely climate-neutral building stock by 2050. For this purpose, extensive energy renovation measures must be carried out in almost all buildings in the district.根据《柏林能源转型法案》（Berlin Energy Transition Act），各行政区有义务为净建筑面积超过250平方米的所有行政区属建筑制定翻新改造路线图。其目标是到2050年基本实现建筑存量的气候中和。为此，需对该行政区内几乎所有建筑实施大规模节能翻新改造措施。
