Open Access Data and Code for VanderWright et al. 2020, Gill slits provide a window into the respiratory physiology of sharks. These data and code are from VanderWright et al. (2020) in Conservation Physiology and include the raw total gill surface area estimates for 5 shark species, the raw parabranchial gill surface area estimates for 5 shark species, and the field guide illustration measurements from the corresponding shark species. Also included is the code for all analyses in the paper.
