该数据包含历年来东莞市科研仪器设备开放共享资助申请审核办件结果公示信息，针对东莞市政务服务办件结果工作，收集在办件过程中，系统分配的唯一办件编号和办理时间和结果，并根据《广东政务服务网办件过程数据采集规范》规则进行数据清洗整理。

This dataset includes publicly disclosed information on the results of examination and approval for funding applications regarding the open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment in Dongguan City over the years. In compliance with the government service matter handling work of Dongguan City, the unique case handling ID, handling time and handling results assigned by the system during the matter processing process are collected. Thereafter, data cleaning and standardization are performed in accordance with the *Specification for Data Collection of Matter Processing Process on Guangdong Government Service Network*.
