Data for: Short photoperiods end autumn migration in a naïve diurnal migrant

Data are measurements of daily mean flight activity, daily mean activity 1 h before lights off, and daily body mass from individual hatch-year dunnocks (Prunella modularis, a songbird) captured in southern Sweden (55.68 °N, 13.43 °E). Individuals were allocated to either a control or treatment group for investigating the influence of photoperiod on the dunnocks first autumn migration. The R script used to analyze the data and obtain the results in the associated article is also provided.
