2007-2009年广东、海南、福建、浙江、重庆外来入侵植物病害普查数据

根据海南、广东、福建、浙江和重庆外来入侵植物病害普查对象名单，采用踏查与排查相结合的方式，对当地入侵植物病害发生情况进行普查，明确其病原物的类型、采集标本、调查可能是外来入侵植物病害的发生分布情况和受害程度，按照外来入侵植物病害普查的要求进行调查和记录。同时，对采集的病害标本带回实验室进行病原物种鉴定。2007-2009年海南、广东、福建、浙江和重庆外来植物病害普查数据包括：物种普查流水号，调查点编号，物种编码，生境类型，作物种类，品种名称，来源，种植面积，调查面积，估计发病面积，入侵病害中文名称，入侵病害学名，受害部位，病害症状，其他症状，发病程度，分布情况，控制现状，地形地势，地形地势描述，温度，湿度，调查人，记录人，调查日期，备注。数据集共117条记录。

Based on the list of survey targets for alien invasive plant diseases in Hainan, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Chongqing, a combined field reconnaissance and targeted investigation was carried out to survey the occurrence of local invasive plant diseases, clarify the types of their pathogens, collect specimens, investigate the occurrence, distribution and damage severity of suspected alien invasive plant diseases, and perform investigations and record-keeping in accordance with the requirements of the alien invasive plant disease census. Meanwhile, the collected disease specimens were transferred back to the laboratory for pathogen species identification. The census data of alien plant diseases in Hainan, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Chongqing from 2007 to 2009 includes the following fields: serial number for species survey, survey site ID, species code, habitat type, crop type, variety name, source, planted area, surveyed area, estimated diseased area, Chinese name of the invasive disease, scientific name of the invasive disease, infected site, disease symptoms, other symptoms, disease severity, distribution status, current control status, topography, topography description, temperature, humidity, surveyors, recorders, survey date, and remarks. This dataset contains a total of 117 records.
