Transcriptomic sequencing analysis of the Sunda pangolin

Based on the analysis of the second-generation transcriptome sequencing, the differentially expressed genes in the olfactory and non-olfactory organs of the Sunda pangolin were identified, and the genes involved in olfactory perception were screened out, providing a reference for subsequent in vitro functional studies of genes.
