This dataset accompanies the paper “Language Model-Based Gatekeeping for Secure Processing Environments in Clinical Research.” It contains annotated clinical analysis scripts used to evaluate automated safety gatekeeping in Secure Processing Environments (SPEs). Scripts are labeled for binary safety (safe/unsafe) and multi-label malicious categories (M1–M15) across Python, JavaScript, and Java. The dataset includes controlled train/test splits to reduce leakage.
