The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the transcriptional profiles of tumor-infiltrating Microglia from glioma brearing brain tissues treated with anti-CTLA4 in the presence or absence of CD4 T cells . Overall design: RNA of in vitro cultured Glioma-005 cell lines was performed before transfer.
