RS data analysis; Label-free testing strategy to evaluate packed red blood cell quality before transfusion to leukemia patients

ANALYSIS OF RAMAN DATA FOR THE PREDICTION OF CLINICAL PARAMETERS. This data analysis corresponde to Raman spectra obtained from the SM fluid of packed RBCs from donnors. In principle, the aim is to find correlations between the spectra and the content of several parameters and, if possiible, to create predictive models which can determine the concentration of the parameters from the spectra.

面向临床参数预测的拉曼数据分析。本次分析所用的拉曼光谱，均采集自供体浓缩红细胞（Red Blood Cells, RBCs）的SM液。本研究的基本目标为探寻光谱与多项参数含量之间的关联，若条件允许，还将构建可通过拉曼光谱推算对应参数浓度的预测模型。
