Governing revisable transport infrastructure commitments
收藏资源简介:
This package contains the author-created data, source registers, output tables, figure source data, and standard-library Python code used to reproduce a comparative analysis of how public transport-appraisal regimes connect uncertainty treatment to reassessment of infrastructure commitments. The scope comprises 26 official framework documents, 12 regime families, five jurisdictions, 24 primary construct variables, 624 document-variable observations, and eight explanatory transport-infrastructure decision records. The package reproduces the jurisdiction construct profiles, uncertainty-treatment reassessment differences, frozen robustness checks, reliability summary, and episode-level counts. It excludes third-party source documents, licensed database exports, personal identifiers, signed attestations, and reviewer-identifying records. Public source URLs and file hashes are retained for provenance. The evidence supports comparisons of publicly observable institutional architecture and traceability. It does not support country rankings, statistical population inference, causal effects, project-performance claims, pathway prevalence, or inferences that documentary silence establishes institutional non-performance.
