Data Collection: Collect data including customer ID, date, part number, order quantity and other relevant information related to keyless drill chuck sales in Taizhou region. 2. Data Processing: (1) Total customer order quantity: Use the SUMIF function to sum the order quantities of the same customer ID within the statistical data scope. For example, if the customer ID is "TZ001", the total order quantity of this customer refers to the sum of order quantities of customers with ID "TZ001" within the statistical data range; (2) Total sales quantity: The sum of all "order quantity" values within the statistical data scope; (3) Sales proportion = Total order quantity of the target customer / Total sales quantity; (4) Customer stratification: Apply the ABCDEF classification method for customer grading: - Class A consumption: Customers with sales proportion ≥ 3%; - Class B consumption: Customers with sales proportion in the range of less than 3% and greater than or equal to 2.5%; - Class C consumption: Customers with sales proportion in the range of less than 2.5% and greater than or equal to 2%; - Class D consumption: Customers with sales proportion in the range of less than 2% and greater than or equal to 1.5%; - Class E consumption: Customers with sales proportion in the range of less than 1.5% and greater than or equal to 1%; - Class F consumption: Customers with sales proportion less than 1%.
