Diabetes mellitus is a multihormonal disease characterized by a range of typical clinical symptoms, especially type 2 diabetes(T2DM), making it a global health problem. In this study, we aim to establish a porcine type 2 diabetes model and use multi-omics technology to systematically evaluate the changes in metabolic mechanisms and provide new molecular targets for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Fecal samples were collected before and 1, 3, and 7 months after modeling.
