During the 28th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition, 10 sampling stations were selected in the coastal waters adjacent to the Great Wall Station to investigate the structure of planktonic bacterial communities, with the stations distributed in Great Wall Bay and Ardley Bay. This dataset is the survey data on the structure of planktonic bacterial communities in the coastal waters of the Great Wall Station during the 28th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition. The data includes information such as sampling time, station number, longitude, latitude, the composition of Proteobacteria, and the overall bacterial community composition.
