污泥、釜残无害化与资源化的技术经济性分析与生命周期评价数据中,造纸污泥AOX洗脱经济性分析数据:针对造纸污泥AOX洗脱主体工艺流程,分析了造纸污泥AOX洗脱成本,包括设备成本以及生产线运行费用成本。另外,对造纸二次污泥AOX洗脱进行了经济性分析;造纸污泥高温堆肥经济性评价分析数据:针对脱毒后造纸二次污泥堆肥工艺流程,进行了脱毒后二次污泥高温堆肥成本分析,包括设备成本、运行成本;造纸污泥包裹预处理-回用技术的经济性分析数据:以东莞理文PM4生产牛卡纸为例:对东莞理文PM4牛卡纸生产时污泥包裹-回用技术进行经济性分析;制药污泥湿式氧化法处理的经济分析数据:包括设备、运行成本等;酚基精馏釜残资源化利用经济性分析数据:分析了3000 t/a酚基精馏釜残资源化利用各单元原料消耗、固定设备、生产运营成本等经济性分析;制革污泥资源化利用与铬100%安全转化经济性评价数据:分析了3000 吨/年制革污泥资源化利用与铬100%安全转化各单元原料消耗、固定设备、生产运营成本等经济性分析;污泥热转化过程的生命周期评价:针对制药污泥不同水热-热解流程(150℃水热-270℃水热-700℃热解;270℃水热-700℃热解;直接700℃热解)进行工业系统计算,整合流程清单和生命周期分析。针对制革污泥碱水热-制陶粒全流程进行工业系统计算,整合流程清单和生命周期分析。
Technical-economic analysis and life cycle assessment (LCA) data for harmless treatment and resource utilization of sludge and distillation still bottoms:
1. Economic analysis data for adsorbable organic halides (AOX) elution of papermaking sludge: Focusing on the core AOX elution technological process for papermaking sludge, the elution costs were analyzed, covering equipment costs and production line operation expenses. Additionally, economic analysis was carried out for AOX elution of secondary papermaking sludge;
2. Economic evaluation and analysis data for high-temperature composting of papermaking sludge: Targeting the composting process of detoxified secondary papermaking sludge, cost analysis of high-temperature composting was conducted, including equipment costs and operation costs;
3. Economic analysis data for sludge encapsulation pretreatment and recycling technology: Taking the kraft paper production line of Dongguan Lee & Man PM4 as an example, economic analysis was performed for the sludge encapsulation-recycling technology applied during the kraft paper production of this line;
4. Economic analysis data for wet oxidation treatment of pharmaceutical sludge: Covering equipment costs, operation costs and other relevant expenditure items;
5. Economic analysis data for resource utilization of phenol-based distillation still bottoms: Economic analysis was conducted on the raw material consumption, fixed equipment costs, production operation costs and other economic indicators for each unit of the 3000 t/a phenol-based distillation still bottoms resource utilization project;
6. Economic evaluation data for resource utilization of tanning sludge and 100% safe chromium conversion: Economic analysis was conducted on the raw material consumption, fixed equipment costs, production operation costs and other economic indicators for each unit of the 3000 t/a tanning sludge resource utilization and 100% safe chromium conversion project;
7. Life cycle assessment (LCA) of sludge thermal conversion processes: Industrial system calculations were carried out for three different hydrothermal-pyrolysis processes of pharmaceutical sludge: 150℃ hydrothermal - 270℃ hydrothermal - 700℃ pyrolysis; 270℃ hydrothermal - 700℃ pyrolysis; and direct 700℃ pyrolysis, with process inventory and LCA integrated. Industrial system calculations were also conducted for the entire alkali hydrothermal - ceramsite production process of tanning sludge, with process inventory and LCA integrated.
