Abstract: This article aims to analyze the prediction of follow-up and evaluation of the State Plans of Education approved by the State Legislative Power, in the validity period of the PNE 2001-2010, in order to contribute to the challenges to its adequacy to the new PNE 2014-2024. In a general conclusion, it is postulated that the prediction of these actions is marked by unintelligibility and omissions, putting in doubt the reliability of the strategic importance of follow-up and evaluation processes, declared in these state plans and, as a consequence, its own local effectiveness.
摘要:本研究旨在分析经国家立法机关批准的国家教育计划(State Plans of Education)在2001-2010年国家教育规划(Plano Nacional de Educação,简称PNE)有效期内的后续跟踪与评估预测情况,以期为其适配2014-2024年新版PNE所面临的挑战提供参考。综合结论显示,此类行动的预测存在模糊不清与内容疏漏的问题,这使得上述国家教育计划中所宣称的后续跟踪与评估流程的战略重要性的可靠性受到质疑,并进而动摇了其自身的地方执行有效性。
