為瞭解陳情人對本局服務之滿意度、陳情類型及緣由,特將本局辦理之人民陳情案件加以整理歸納,並針對滿意度調查結果予以分析編撰本報告,俾能充分明瞭民意溝通之效,有效進行案件管制,另研提改進建議事項,提供各單位參考運用,作為業務改進之方向,以期未來提供民眾更好及更有效率之服務。

In order to understand the satisfaction of petitioners with the services offered by this bureau, as well as the types and underlying causes of petitions filed with the bureau, this report has been compiled by collating and summarizing all people's petition cases handled by the bureau, and analyzing the findings of the satisfaction survey, thereby enabling a full understanding of the effectiveness of public opinion communication, facilitating the effective management of petition cases, and developing targeted improvement recommendations for reference by all relevant departments as a guideline for business optimization, with the goal of delivering better and more efficient services to the public in the future.
