Reductions of Strain Injuries in the Care Sector, 1996

The purpose of the project is to identify the relationship between organizational initiatives and employees' musculoskeletal problems in the care sector. The survey was conducted in two stages, first in 1993, then in 1996. The survey also includes a third dataset which consists of both 93- and 96 files.
