R code and data for the paper Cretois et al. 'Identifying and correcting spatial bias in citizen science data for wild ungulates in Norway'

This folder contains:

A folder real_analysis - which contains all data and scripts to run the analysis:

- covariates_moose_roe: contains all the covariates used for analysing moose and roe deer data 

- covariates_reindeer: contains all the covariates used for analysing wild reindeer data 

A folder dataset - containing all the dataset used in the analysis including all the citizen science observation data and all telemetry data, shared with the agreements of the co-authors.

A folder saved_models: to save the model in a .rds format, this is done during the analysis, after running the INLA models.

A folder scripts - contains all the scripts used for the analysis (including plotting). Please refer to https://github.com/BenCretois/CS_in_habitat_studies for the description of each scripts.
