De-identified, publication-level source data underlying the figures of the study "Baseline metabolomic profile as a potential biomarker for weight change after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery." The archive contains the processed data plotted in each main and supplementary figure panel (trajectory means, ROC curves, odds ratios, metabolite correlation matrices, MetRS distributions, knowledge-graph node and edge tables, and GWAS hit summaries), Framingham Heart Study cohort summary tables, a MANIFEST listing every file, and README and release notes. No raw individual-level metabolomics, genotype, or phenotype data are included; those remain under the source studies' data-use agreements.
