Long read single cell transcriptome sequencing of B cells for antibody discovery 6 days after measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccination. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were enriched for B-cells via negative selection and FACS sorted for plasmablasts and B-cells. Whole genome sequencing was also carried out on the same donor on non-B cells.
