JHS 162 Modelling of location data for data transfer

This Recommendation concerns modelling of transferable spatial data. The recommendation must be followed with regard to the data to be included in the sharing of spatial data. The recommendation does not concern the internal data models of the data producer organisation; they may be in a form appropriate for the organisation’s own operations. However, it shall be possible to convert the data to the data model developed in accordance with this Recommendation for the purposes of data transfer. The recommendation does not cover the modelling of phenomena whose location data can be presented most naturally in the form of rasters. (18.8.2011)本建议书旨在规范可传输空间数据的建模工作，适用于空间数据共享范畴内涉及的各类数据，必须严格遵照执行。本建议书不涉及数据生产机构的内部数据模型，此类模型可采用适配机构自身业务运营的形式。但为达成数据传输目的，需支持将此类数据转换为符合本建议书制定的数据模型。本建议书不覆盖位置数据以栅格（raster）形式呈现最为自然的地理现象的建模工作。（2011年8月18日）
